(1) Alarm Control Panel
Fixed-Price Intruder Alarm Annual Service for the majority of domestic or small commercial wired or wireless alarm systems with up to 10 detectors.
(Please note specific systems such as DAITEM are excluded. If we are not able to provide a service for the price shown a full refund will be issued).
Cost includes full system test of the control panel, all detectors and sounders and minor programming adjustments to suit customer’s needs.
Wired systems include the control panel battery.
Wireless systems include replacement batteries for all detectors and sounders but not the control panel as it should last a minimum of 4 years.
Please note this is an annual service only and does not include fault finding or replacing components other than batteries. If defective parts are identified, a quote will be provided to replace it at our standard rates.
All supplied batteries are guaranteed 12 months and include a free battery-swap should one fail. If the battery fails a second time we would suspect the device is faulty and request it is replaced.
We are able to offer a maintenance contract for your alarm system once a service has been completed. The contract includes all batteries, unlimited callouts and a two-year warranty on parts. Typical cost is £14/month plus any monitoring your system may have. The contract must be started within 30 days of the service being completed.
