(D3) Door Entry Minor Repair / Handset Replacement

 

We provide repair services and investigation of both minor and major intercom faults, as well as audio-only handset replacements.

 

The costs shown apply to the items listed below.

 

When a repair charge is paid and a handset is found to be faulty, only the additional handset cost is payable (handset prices start from £35 inc VAT).

 

If a suggested handset is selected, it should be compatible with your system. If we are unable to get the handset to operate, there will be no charge.

 

Please note: handsets must be selected to match the installed system; they are not interchangeable.

 

All supplied handsets are covered by a 12-month warranty.

 

Door entry contract customers benefit from handset-only charges with no labour cost, plus an extended two-year warranty (while the contract is in place).
