Repairs to Door Entry System
We would recommended replacing the following components for the door entry system. The existing wiring and controlled door are assumed to be operational and will be reused.
Minor faults identified during the works will be repaired free of charge however, if major works are identified a cost to resolve these will be provided.
All works are covered by our 12 month warranty. Please remember we offer maintenance contracts which extend parts warranty for a further 12 months. (Refer to www.wssgroupltd.co.uk).
Where a landlord electrical supply is required, we will request a quote from Scottish Power. Any price shown is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed until a valid quote is received from Scottish Power.
Please note that we will request your approval of the entrance panel design prior to ordering. Thereafter, allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing.

Access requirements:
If handsets are being fitted, access to flats will be required. We will hand-deliver notifications to each property prior to the planned installation date. For the work to proceed on the proposed date, we would need access to at least 75% of the properties, otherwise we may delay the work. For properties where access was not made available, return visits would then be chargeable at our standard rate for 1.5 hours. This would be reduced to 1 hour per flat when more than one flat can be accessed during the same visit.
