(B2) Burglar Alarm Maintenance Contract

 

The alarm system is assumed to be operational at the offset of the contract. Where the system is not operating correctly, we will provide a cost to rectify it prior to the contract starting.

 

A discount is included for customers with a WSS alarm system within it's warranty period. This discount is carried forward year-on-year.

 

In brief; the contract provides unlimited labour-free callouts for system faults; all batteries are included in addition to the annual service visit. Parts supplied by WSS come with 24 months warranty while the contract is in place (12 months if the contract is cancelled). Please note that insurable losses and damage due to unauthorised access to components is not covered.

 

Please note:

A system service is required prior to commencement of the contract when there has been a break.

Minimum term is 12 months.
