(D5) Door Entry Maintenance Contracts

Annual Maintenance Contract – Door Entry System
 
Scope of Cover
    • One scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year.
    • Unlimited labour-free emergency callouts for system faults.
    • Investigative work to communal system components and non-buried wiring.
    • Minor repairs to the main controlled door where joinery adjustments are required.
    • Minor system faults rectified under contract at no additional cost.
    • Name-card changes included (fair use policy applies).
    • Up to two service-time changes included where required.
 
Exclusions
    • Components and wiring located within individual apartments.
    • Component costs for replacements (all parts are chargeable).
    • Major faults or failures – these will be reported with an estimate for repair.
    • Insured losses such as vandalism or malicious damage.
    • Any items not related to the controlled door (e.g., non-controlled rear doors).
 
Additional Notes
    • Pricing is subject to site survey if one has not already been carried out.
