(F2) Fire Alarm (Commercial) Maintenance Contract

Annual Maintenance Contract for a Commercial Fire Alarm System
 
Contract provides two service visits per year, one at the offset of the contract and a second 6 months later. Contract covers testing of all components and exposed wiring including smoke detectors, manual call points, controllers and operators. Minor faults identified during the service visit will be repaired under contract. All major faults will be reported and an estimate provided to complete a repair. Component costs including batteries are not included and will be chargeable. Unless otherwise shown, costs have not been included for remote alarm connection or monitoring costs where installed - please advise if these are required.
On acceptance of WSS Group Ltd taking over the maintenance contract, a full system check will be carried out. Any areas of non-compliance with BS 9999, and/or system faults will be highlighted. Costs for achieving compliance and/or necessary repairs will be subject to costs at WSS Group Ltd standard rates.  
 
Please note:
Minimum term is 12 months.
