(E1) EICR Quote (by Flats)

 

To test and inspect the fixed electrical system within a block of flats and provide a NICEIC approved certificate. Pricing is based on a single block of flats (one stairwell) within the central belt of Scotland. Please request a quote for areas outside the central belt.

 

Minor faults will be repaired while major faults will be reported and a cost provided to repair.

 

Please note:

The installation must be capable of being energised.

Access to the areas to be inspected must be available.

Please make us aware of any 3rd party requirements, such as from insurers.

Please advise if  some parts of the installation cannot be isolated from the supply.

Please provide previous installation and/or inspection reports if available.

Limitations and the extent of the EICR will be detailed on the report.
